The course aligns with the current PMI Exam Content Outline and incorporates key concepts from the PMBOK® Guide, including Performance Domains and modern project management practices. Through a structured review, real-world examples, and practice questions, participants will build the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully navigate the exam process.

Students attending this course will receive the bestselling books: A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) - 8th Edition and the Standard for Project Management, PMI's Agile Practice Guide and the PMI Official Curriculum for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Prep Course. Students also receive a PMP Exam Practice Portal.

PMP ® Testing Requirements:

Set A requirements

•    High school or secondary school diploma
•    Minimum 60 months/5 years experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years
•    35 hours of project management education/training.

Set B requirements
•    Bachelor's degree or higher (or global equivalent)
•    36 months/3 years experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years
•    35 hours of project management education/training
