Dawn Kuhlman will explore the characteristics of different types of domestic violence, how to establish safety when working with families, and why mediation is still a viable option when domestic abuse is an issue. This training will also describe various models for screening as well as the types of questions which are likely to yield important information regarding domestic abuse and the conflict patterns in the parties' relationships."
