What You Will Learn

This course covers bakeshop production as it relates to the basic principles of ingredients, measurements, mixing, proofing, baking and final presentation. Focusing on the basics, students will make Quick Breads, Pies, Cookies and Simple Yeast Breads.

Students must wear pants and closed-toed shoes.
