What You Will Learn
Our Chefs will guide students through the skills needed to dice the perfect onion. This class will give you a basic knowledge of classic knife cuts as well as focus on knife safety and care. Students will prepare and take home a bounty of fresh prepared veggies and recipes to cook with in their own kitchen.
It is required that students wear pants and closed toed shoes.
