Reading Aloud to Babies and Toddlers

Instructor

Luisa Abellan-Pagnani

What You Will Learn

Why should we read to babies and toddlers? What does the research say regarding what to read, when to read, and for how long? Participants will review the many benefits of reading aloud to young children, learn best practices, and receive practical ideas as to how to fit reading aloud into daily routines and activities as a way to create learning environments that promote cognitive and socio-emotional development.
