What You Will Learn

This program's hands-on classroom and salon clinic experience will prepare you for industry success as a licensed nail technician. Content includes theory and practical application in natural nail manicures and pedicures, the artistic application of nail enhancements, acrylics, fabric wraps, gels, and gel polish, sanitation, diseases, disorders, conditions of the nails, and entrepreneurship and business practices. You will gain industry experience in JCCC's Salon by providing nail services to clients. 

Build the technical and soft skills you need to successfully pass your Kansas State Board of Cosmetology or Missouri Board of Cosmetology Manicurist licensure written and practical exams. You’ll be trained to exceed expectations and deliver top-notch nail services to your clients.
