In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of Interface Management and how to use it to address challenges and minimize risks in Built Environment projects, as well as how to manage it effectively throughout the project lifecycle. The course also discusses the tools and processes that are available to enhance IM, and the skills and core competencies required to embed Interface Management into your Built Environment project.
