Construction Contract and Risk Management

Instructor

Cheryl Roth

What You Will Learn

This course will help you nail down new contract and risk management skills. In Construction, the contract process is often completed in silos and can lead to a lack of mutual understanding of the different contract clauses, resulting in several issues. In this course, you will learn how to manage these issues by establishing the right strategy to implement best practices across the contract lifecycle. You will also understand how to classify, prioritize and manage risks in Built Environment projects, in order to minimize or avoid claims and disputes from occurring.
