Managing a Multigenerational Workforce

Instructor

Carissa Sadique

What You Will Learn

Today’s workplace is more generationally diverse than ever before, with employees from up to five different generations working side by side. This session equips managers and team leaders with practical strategies to foster collaboration, communication, and productivity across generational lines. Participants will explore the unique characteristics, values, and work styles of each generation—Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z—and learn how to address common challenges such as differing communication preferences, motivational drivers, and perceptions of work ethic. By the end of this course, attendees will be able to implement inclusive practices that support team cohesion, reduce conflict, and leverage generational strengths to enhance organizational effectiveness.
