What You Will Learn

Step into a world of color and creativity! In this engaging class, students will discover how artists see, mix, and use color to bring their ideas to life. Through hands-on projects in collage, watercolor, and acrylic, young creators will explore the magic of harmony, contrast, and balance. Starting with the color wheel, they’ll experiment with hue, tint, shade, and tone—unlocking how color can set a mood or tell a story. The final project—a bold acrylic cityscape, invites students to use their newfound skills in a work that’s uniquely their own. By the end, they’ll see the world through an artist’s eye and feel confident using color as their creative superpower.
