New Home, New Garden!

What You Will Learn

You’ve just moved into a new home – or maybe you’ve lived there for years and are finally ready to pay attention to the yard. Either way, you didn’t just inherit a lawn – you inherited a living system. Every landscape has its own pattern of soil, sunlight, water, and plant life, all interacting in ways that aren’t always obvious at first glance. In these classroom-based sessions, you’ll learn how to slow down and read the landscape you have: what’s thriving, what’s struggling, and what’s worth keeping. From there, we’ll build a simple, manageable approach to making changes – one that helps you move forward with clarity instead of overwhelm. You’ll leave with a practical framework for deciding what to keep, what to change, and how to begin shaping a garden that fits both your lifestyle and the ecology of your site.
