What You Will Learn

Ready to infuse your canvas with the brilliance of a Hawaiian sunset? Capture the beauty and depth of color in an evening sky while exploring the luminous world of Impressionist painting. Inspired by Claude Monet and other early French masters, this four-week course guides students—beginner through advanced—through the foundations and techniques of the Impressionist style. Along the way, you’ll build skills in color mixing, brushwork, and composition as you develop your own expressive approach. By the end of the course, you’ll complete a full acrylic painting on canvas that reflects both your progress and your personal vision of Hawaii’s vibrant island sunset.
