This beginner-friendly class covers the essentials—from what to look for when choosing a printer to setup, maintenance, and basic operation. Whether you’re a teen, adult, or senior, you’ll leave confident and ready to start creating at home—no experience required!
Participants will:
• Learn to assess their home 3D printing needs and choose the right type of consumer 3D printer
• Gain hands-on experience preparing and starting a filament 3D printer using online model repositories and starter filaments
• Understand the fundamentals of caring for and maintaining a 3D printer and related materials for reliable, long-term use
