What You Will Learn

Take the first step in your 3D modeling journey with Tinkercad! This class is intended for aspiring 3D modeling hobbyists who want to learn essential transferable skills and practice with one of the most approachable and free 3D modeling programs available.
Participants will:
• Understand the definition of 3D modeling and the pros and cons of 3D modeling based on primitive shapes
• Learn how to navigate a 3D modeling workspace and manipulate primitive shapes to build simple and complex objects
• Design their first 3D objects for 3D modeling and 3D printing
