What You Will Learn

A delicious way to build your French skills!If you would like to explore classic French cooking while improving your overall French language skills, this class is for you! Build vocabulary and deepen your understanding of French culture as we go deep into some of the French classics such as, le coq au vin, la raclette, la mousse au chocolat. We will review and discuss the recipes; using each one to increase your understanding of French culture, build vocabulary and practice conversation. We will look at beautiful food, read and study recipes, including ingredients, measurements, and preparation.
