Participants will be able to evaluate entire residential properties and develop long-term ecological landscape design that integrate function, aesthetics, and reduced maintenance. This class is ideal for homeowners ready to create a resilient, regenerative yard.
What you’ll learn:
• Assess entire residential property for ecological function and design potential
• Organize landscapes into functional ecological zones based on site conditions and use
• Integrate planting areas, pathways, and existing features into cohesive system
• Develop long-term strategies for reducing maintenance and increasing ecological resilience
• Evaluate and guide the evolution of ecological landscapes over time through management and editing
