What You Will Learn
Research shows that the patient experience (and client satisfaction ratings) is almost entirely dependent upon the quality of the relationship with their health care provider. Listening well and helping the patient fully articulate their concerns also is the foundation of good diagnosis and treatment. A common misconception, however, is that listening fully requires lots of time, which of course is always limited. This workshop will present evidence based ways to help clients feel quickly and deeply understood and have the best possible experience.
