Understanding the Meaning of Behavior
What You Will Learn
Are they misbehaving or communicating? Children are trying to communicate wants, needs, intentions and emotions and sometimes they do so in socially inappropriate ways. This session will give participants an opportunity to analyze and interpret the meaning of behavior and discuss strategies to address children's behavior while building a supportive learning environment.
Offered in partnership with the Family Conservancy.
