Healthy Sexual Development of Children
What You Will Learn
This workshop is designed to equip child care professionals with accurate development information on how young children grow and change regarding their sexual development. The focus is on both the providers gaining awareness about how their own upbringing affects their approach to addressing behavior by the children in their care. It also enables them to make informed decisions about discipline and guidance based on sound, researched developmental milestones that take cognition, social-emotional and physical changes into account.
