Building Bridges: A Culinary Experience in Leadership and Teamwork
What You Will Learn
Discover how the art of building a charcuterie board can teach powerful lessons in leadership, communication, and teamwork. This interactive workshop blends CliftonStrengths insights, the kitchen brigade system, and culinary creativity to help teams foster collaboration, understand strengths, and enhance performance. Guided by Chef Micah, a professional Food Artist, participants will engage in an artful culinary experience that is sure to trigger powerful connections. The session concludes with a shared tasting experience reinforcing the importance of balance, diversity, and shared success in leadership.
