You’ll break down what “professional” actually means, get practical tips to make a strong impression from day one, and see how other people’s perceptions can impact your opportunities and experiences at work. You’ll also learn how to adapt your professional style for in-person, remote, and hybrid settings while still being yourself. The course offers concrete ways to balance individuality with professionalism, build meaningful connections, and leave a positive impression wherever you work.
