What You Will Learn

Scheduling and cost management go together like peanut butter and jelly. These project management key knowledge areas are important for you to determine realistic estimates for both human and physical resources. Both are necessary in making key decisions you will face about project funding and selection. You'll do exercises to show how scheduling software is useful for creating and tracking a project plan and costs. You'll use Microsoft Project as a tool and the PMBOK© schedule and cost management processes.

Prerequisite: Project Management Essentials or equivalent experience.
