You’ll learn how to spot misunderstandings early, recognize when emotions or hurt feelings are driving the conflict, and stay calm when things get heated. These skills come in handy everywhere—during group projects, hangouts with friends, conversations at home, or when you’re working a part time job. Knowing how to keep things cool and bring yourself and others back down to earth is a valuable life skill. By the end of this course, you’ll know how to de escalate tension, handle drama with confidence, and stay in control of the moment instead of letting it control you.
