What You Will Learn

Oils and fluids are the lifeblood of your motorcycle. Learn how to inspect and service your engine oil, coolant system, and hydraulic brake system. This course will teach you about fluid selection, contamination prevention, flushing procedures, services intervals, and more. Emphasis is placed on practical maintenance, system reliability, and safety procedures.

This course is part of a series delivering structured, hands-on training in motorcycle tire, brake, and final drive service; fluid system maintenance; control cable adjustment; and electrical diagnostics. Each course develops technical competency through correct mechanical procedures, manufacturer specification adherence, torque discipline, and systematic troubleshooting. Collectively, the curriculum prepares students to inspect, service, and diagnose critical motorcycle systems.
