Mah Jongg: Building a Winning Hand

What You Will Learn

Designed for players who know the basics American Mahjongg, this course deepens your understanding of National Mahjongg League (NMJL) rules while introducing basic offensive vs defensive play. You’ll learn how to read the table, select hands more effectively and make smarter decisions as the game unfolds.

Please note: If class enrollment results in an uneven number of players, the instructor may implement a rotation system to maintain balanced tables and provide equitable participation.

Participants should bring a 2026 National Mah Jongg League card. Table mats and tiles will be provided.
