A Peek Behind the Curtain of Hiring: The People and the Process
What You Will Learn
Most candidates only see a small portion of the hiring process. This session pulls back the curtain to help participants understand how recruiters, hiring managers, human resources professionals, career coaches, resume writers, and applicant tracking systems influence hiring decisions. Participants will gain a realistic understanding of how companies evaluate talent, how job boards and ATS platforms work, and what candidates can do to stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
