What You Will Learn
Improve your interactions with other people by honing your listening skills, learning to ask better questions, and becoming aware of nonverbal messages. Learn tips for working with people with different communication styles, improve your communication skills when communicating virtually, and learn to communicate effectively to achieve your desired results.
