What You Will Learn

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)© certification formally recognizes your knowledge of agile principles and your skill with agile techniques. It demonstrates that you are ready to lead in the age of product development, management and delivery. It is recognized as the fastest growing certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and statistics show that Agile organizations are able to complete more projects successfully.

This course is designed to prepare you for your PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)© exam while learning to lead Agile software projects. The PMI-ACP© certification includes many approaches to Agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP) and test-driven development (TDD.) So students will find this helpful in preparing for the PMI-ACP© certification examination or in the solidification of your knowledge and understanding of the Agile processes. Topics include the PMI-ACP© application and testing process as well as key test topics, such as the Agile Principles and Mindset, Value-Driven Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Team Performance, Adaptive Planning, Problem Detection and Resolution and Continuous Improvement.

This course is not eligible for the Take 3 Discount.

This course is offered in collaboration with partners SLU Workforce Center and Johnson County Community College Continuing Education.
