What You Will Learn

This feature-rich online course covers the basics of starting a small business, including determining whether your idea is feasible, conducting market research, creating a business plan, choosing a legal entity, forming financial projections, funding a small business and bookkeeping issues. Video presenters will include Kansas SBDC business advisors, an attorney, a commercial banker and an accountant. Study at your own pace. Students will receive access to online tools and resources to conduct market research and write a business plan.
