What You Will Learn

In today’s neurodiverse workforce, it is important that leaders are equipped with strategies to maximize the inherent strengths of their team.  Learn the concept of neurodiversity, including common neurodivergent conditions.  Learn to identify potential challenges that neurodivergent employees might face and strategies that employers may utilize to create a neuro-inclusive workplace.   
This is a component of the Business and Leadership Pathway Certificates.

Essentials Level

Earn your Essentials certificate after successfully completing your first 3 courses, marking your commitment to broadening your business knowledge. This level reflects the foundational time and effort spent developing a versatile set of skills and insights you can draw upon in various business situations.


Professional Level

Complete 3 additional courses (6 total) to achieve the Professional certificate. This level represents your continued dedication to expanding your capabilities, gathering a wider toolbox of skills and experiences that enhance your confidence and adaptability in professional settings.


Expert Level

After completing 3 more courses (9 total), you will earn the Expert certificate, showing advanced investment in your personal and professional growth. This milestone signifies the building of a diverse, practical skill set that prepares you to tackle complex challenges and support business success with increased competence.
