What You Will Learn
Develop the coaching skills that help improve individual performance and develop your team. Guide your employees as you help them identify their strengths and create plans to overcome their challenges. Learn how to set SMART goals to ensure that goals are clearly written, realistic, and achievable. Provide effective feedback that is timely, balanced, and specific during a two-way process to help your employees succeed.
