What You Will Learn
Feedback is essential to help employees meet their goals and improve their performance. Learn about two types of feedback – positive and developmental – and the importance of both. You will learn about best practices and tips for giving high-impact feedback, including overcoming communication barriers and active listening. There will be an opportunity to practice these skills to help you become more comfortable in providing feedback that will make a positive impact on others.This is a component of the Advanced Principles of Management Certificate.
