What You Will Learn

Are political discussions in the workplace causing tension? You’re not alone! A recent SHRM study revealed that 56% of workplace incivility stems from political viewpoint differences. But it doesn’t have to be this way.  Understand the legal boundaries, develop skills to engage in respectful dialogue, master de-escalation techniques, and create an inclusive environment.
This is a component of the Workplace Culture and Leadership Certificate.

The Workplace Culture and Leadership certificate equips professionals with the skills to foster respectful, inclusive, and adaptive work environments.
