What You Will Learn
Obtain 4 clock hours as you attend back to back courses focused on Behavior Management.Course 1 - Working with Temperament
Flexible, fearful, or feisty: children are born with different temperament traits - and adults are, too! Have you ever wondered how a child’s temperament might affect their relationships with other children…and you? In this training, we will discuss the different temperament types and look closely at how both our temperament and a child’s may influence the relationships in group care.

Course 2 - Rooted in Respect: A Guide to Managing Behaviors
This training helps early childhood providers explore guidance and discipline concepts, understand common behavioral challenges at each developmental stage, and learn age-appropriate strategies to support positive behavior. Walk away with practical tools to respond to behaviors with confidence and care across all age groups.
