What You Will Learn

Enhance your ability to read the personality style of individuals by growing your emotional intelligence.  You will learn how to develop and implement the four core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.  You will discover ways to enhance work relationships and increase your understanding of social and emotional behaviors to adapt and manage your communications without being controlled by underlying emotions.
