The Shape of Things: Drawing the Head and Face
What You Will Learn
In this workshop students will draw a realistic head and face using vine charcoal on newsprint. We will construct the anatomy of the head using simple geometric forms and apply basic rules of proportion and shading to give the drawings a lifelike feel. This workshop is great for the complete beginner and experienced artist alike. No prior experience is necessary.
