What You Will Learn

Changes in the workplace are constantly occurring.  It is important for leaders to understand the positives of change for themselves and their team members.  You will learn about the different types of responses to change, the change process, and how to deal with resistance.  You will learn strategies to help change be accepted and successfully implemented.
This is a component of the Business and Leadership Pathway Certificates.
