Managing Time & Workplace Pressures
What You Will Learn
Managing projects, meeting deadlines, and working with people can put leaders and team members into a pressure cooker of emotions. Learn how to recognize common pressure situations, what emotions are telling us, and the costs of ignoring them. In addition, learn valuable time management tips that will help you manage stress and create an effective action plan for working more effectively and efficiently.
This course is part of the "Today's Challenges in Leadership" Certificate Program.
This course is approved by SHRM for 2 hours.
