What You Will Learn
In today’s neurodiverse workforce, it is important that leaders are equipped with strategies to maximize the inherent strengths of their team. Learn the concept of neurodiversity, including common neurodivergent conditions. Learn to identify potential challenges that neurodivergent employees might face and strategies that employers may utilize to create a neuro-inclusive workplace.This is a component of the Workplace Culture and Leadership Certificate.

The Workplace Culture and Leadership certificate equips professionals with the skills to foster respectful, inclusive, and adaptive work environments.
