Essentials of Teamwork
What You Will Learn
Your success as a manager can often depend on how well your team operates. How are the team's problem-solving skills? Are the team members enthusiastic and motivated to do their best? Do they work well together? Is everyone focused on the same goal? Learn to recognize the key elements that move a team, whether on-site, virtual, or hybrid, from involvement to empowerment.
This course is part of the "Foundations of Leadership" Certificate Program.
This section is facilitated by an instructor online. Within 2 business days of the class start date, you will receive instructions about how to access the class online.
This course is approved by SHRM for 2 hours.

Foundations of Leadership Certificate
The Foundations of Leadership Certificate provides you with an introduction to key aspects of leadership, including communication, teamwork (including virtual and hybrid teamwork), coaching, goal setting, and unconscious bias.
